DELIVERY INFORMATION

Order online, then relax as we do your shopping for you.
Your order will be delivered by one of our friendly team members.

Delivery costs

Free delivery with purchases over $100 (excluding rice products).
Delivery charge of $7 applies to orders below $100 (excluding rice products).
Minimum spend of $50 (excluding rice products) to be eligible for delivery.
Normal delivery terms and conditions apply.

Where we deliver

Currently, our deliveries are limited to 

2600, 2601, 2602, 2603, 2604, 2605, 2606, 2607, 2608, 2609 2610, 2611, 2612, 2614, 2615, 2616, 2617.

When we deliver

Delivery times depend on your location. Generally, deliveries occur:

7days a week / Monday to Sunday

Next-Day Delivery: 1pm~3pm, 4pm ~7pm

* Same-Day Delivery is available when you order before
* 2PM(Mon-Fri) to receive your home delivery order before 7PM
* 12PM(Sat-Sun) to receive your home delivery order before 5PM

* The order cut-off time is the last opportunity you have to submit, change or cancel your home delivery order.

Receiving Deliveries

We require you to be present to accept and sign for the delivery at the allocated delivery time.

If nobody is home during the delivery time, we will call to arrange an appropriate drop off spot*. If you think you will miss your delivery, call us at 0424 020 018.

Unattended Deliveries

Still like to receive your delivery without being home? Simply tick the box so if you're not available to sign for your order, we'll leave your order in your chosen or suitable spot when we arrive*.

  1. Just tick the box at checkout

  2. Add delivery instructions with the best spot to leave your order

  3. We’ll leave your order in your chosen spot (or a suitable spot if you don't leave us a note)

 

(*Note: Our drivers will take the upmost care in following the drop off instructions, however due to the nature of perishable goods and external factors, when the goods are dropped off, the customer is responsible for the goods.

Alcohol Delivery or Pick up

We require you to be present to accept and sign for the delivery at the allocated delivery time.

Deliveries can only be made to the person named on the order. ID check will be done to make sure the purchaser is 18+. If you look under 25, the driver will check your ID too – but you can take that as a compliment! If ID requirements are not met or if the receiver appears to be intoxicated or are abusive, delivery will be refused.

Unfortunately, alcohol deliveries cannot be left unattended – So make sure you’re home. If the goods cannot be received, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery date and time. Additional delivery fees apply.

You acknowledge that we may collect and record the details of any identification provided in relation to delivery of Products. The personal information collected will be held and may be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

Pick up

You agree to comply with collection requirements specified in this clause and such other requirements as notified by us when you place your Pick Up Order or within a reasonable period after you submit your Order:

(1) you must collect your ordered Products from the store by you when you placed your Order

(2) photographic identification and a signature must be provided when you collect your Order and

(3) your photographic identification will be recorded at the time of collection of your Order

The personal information collected will be held and may be used in accordance with our privacy policy.

If you will not be the person collecting your Order then your representative must provide us with proof of identity (including photographic identification) and, where relevant, age.

If you or your representative do not supply the appropriate identification, we will not allow collection of the products you have ordered.

We cannot supply alcohol or liquor Products to a person who is intoxicated, abusive or not of the appropriate legal age; and other Restricted Product to a person that is not of the appropriate legal age.

Late deliveries

Sometimes there are delays beyond our control. Flat tyres, traffic jams or bad weather can hold us up. We’ll inform you of any potential delay as soon as possible.

Order cut-off times

The order cut-off time is the last opportunity you have to submit, change or cancel your home delivery order.

Same-Day Order before:2pm (Mon-Fri)
Same-Day Delivery before:7pm (Mon-Fri)
Same-Day Order before:12pm (Sat-Sun)
Same-Day Delivery before:5pm (Sat-Sun)
Next-day delivery from:1pm-3pm
4pm-7pm

* Same-Day Order cut-off time is 2pm Monday to Friday and 12pm Saturday & Sunday. Deliveries may NOT available or different time on Public holiday.
Due to liquor licensing laws, liquor delivery times may be restricted on days such as Good Friday and other days specified by the law.
If you want to change your order after the cut off time, contact us on 0424 020 018 or 0452 58 57 57. Any orders cancelled after the cut off time may incur a $30 cancellation fee.

Why are my groceries packed in bags?

We deliver using plastic bags to minimise product damage and ensure separation of certain products during shopping and delivery.
We can collect plastic bags from you and have them recycled. Please feel free to let us know if you would like to return your bags when you receive your delivery.
